Fishing Plan is an AI-powered fishing planning assistant. It may use weather, currents, chlorophyll density, water temperature, saved spots and tackle profile information to produce planning suggestions. The app is a guide only and does not guarantee fishing success.
2. User Responsibilities
Each user is responsible for complying with local fishing bans, seasonal restrictions, license rules, size limits, weight limits and any other applicable local or national regulations. Users must verify rules through official sources.
3. Spots and Catch Logs
Spot locations and catch log entries are private by default unless a user explicitly chooses to make them public. Users are responsible for any consequences related to content they decide to publish.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro and Platinum plans may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices can vary by billing period and region. Subscription cancellations and refunds are governed by the relevant store platform rules. Fishing Plan does not store payment card details.
5. Advertising
Users on the free plan may see short ads before plan queries. Ads are intended to be served in a non-personalized format. Paid users may access the experience without ads.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fishing Plan provides supplementary information to support user judgment. The app cannot be held responsible for losses related to sudden weather changes, technical failures or issues in third-party data sources.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
